Egg Timer — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Egg Timer ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. The app, its design, illustrations, and code remain the property of Ayoub Benderdouch.

3. The app is a kitchen timer, not a guarantee

Egg Timer provides timing guidance based on typical egg sizes and starting temperatures. Actual results vary with altitude, pot, stove, and egg. You are responsible for safe food handling and for supervising anything on your stove. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for cooking results or any damages arising from use of the app.

4. Price

The app is free. This version shows no ads and offers no purchases. If a future update introduces advertising, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted at this address and ships with the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
